If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.

Missed appointment fees

$120.00 for Massage/Bodywork Only 75 Minutes, $150.00 for Signature Service, $130.00 for Initial Acupuncture Visit, $25.00 for Initial Phone Consultation, $95.00 for Follow up Acupuncture Visits

Financial policy

Appointments: We strive to run on time, and your prompt arrival for scheduled appointments will help keep us running smoothly. Sometimes you may be late; understanding that, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, in the event that we are fully booked and you are 15 (or more) minutes late, you may receive a modified treatment or your visit will need to be rescheduled. This decision will be made at the discretion of the clinic and you will still be responsible for the full amount of the visit fee. Lateness will be treated in the same manner as a missed appointment.

Cancellation: We understand that circumstances arise which may prevent you from keeping an appointment. While 48 hours notice is preferred, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. If cancellation occurs without proper notice, you will be charged the full cost of the visit for missing your scheduled appointment. If repeated cancellations occur, you may be discharged as a patient at this clinic.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: In the event that you or a member of your family have been exposed to or tested positive for Covid-19, we retain the right to reschedule until a safe duration of time has passed. In addition, our cancellation policy will be modified to provide you with flexible terms to protect you and us.

Health insurance

Insurance: At this time Sol Family Wellness follows a direct-pay model and does not accept/ is out of network with all insurances. Depending on your coverage, we can provide a “SuperBill” that you may submit to your insurance carrier to attempt reimbursement. This direct-pay model allows us greater freedom to offer dynamic pricing, services, and focus our attention on what we do best: patient care. We do accept payment by Flexpay and Health Savings plans.

Payment methods

Financial Responsibility: Your responsibility begins when you call to make an appointment. You are required to pay, in full, for all charges on the day of service. We accept cash, credit card and HSA/FSA payments.

Other financial policies

Herbal Pharmaceuticals: The outcome of an herbal consultation is a personalized prescription that will be filled in our office for you. Herbal Programs are All-Inclusive and Contain the Cost of Herbs and Followup Visits. Herbal Formulas may also be prescribed outside of an herbal program depending on your treatment plan. The cost of herbs may vary due to product cost, length of prescription, and form of delivery. All prescriptions are advised at practitioner discretion and are an option that you, the patient, choose to take or decline.
